managers have always had trouble doing this at many clubs. they see a problem and over compansate for it. i,d guess now if he left someone would come in and do the opposite both in tactics and discipline getting less cards and being the leagues mr. softie again.

Trying to baffle us poor little supporters with all this, Wins with him,them in the team, Clean sheets with him/them in the team.
Weve managed to do this with him/them in the side, Tripe and more Tripe

Ive heard some rubbish before but this manager is up their with the best of them. Talks like we have played the best teams in the league the way he goes on, ive zero hope that we will these two games in fact be a shock if we win 1 of them.

We should have better players than daggenham go out and just play the ball on the deck attack them and have a bloody go. Instead of going on about how great their manager is or how great they are.

Get the balance right, forget the ‘siege and charge’ tactics.

Yes Sarll keeps talking about the three stages of evolution in a season, it doesn't make any sense other than if his first stage was to be solid at the back, which to be fair has happened then that should have been stage one complete. If he hasn't been looking at stage two then what? I mean what even is stage two? The players must be well confused. What did he sell to Raj? Did he say I'll do this season in three stages? Unfortunately we had to be ready to take on all these clubs from day one, is he saying we weren't? If that's the case then how did he get the job? Surely with all the good attacking signings brought in he had stage two already planned, playing attacking dynamic football. Baffling!!!!!
