I appreciate what you say about players at our level having numerous clubs but this lad is supposed to be an attacker who at 26 can count his goals on one hand. That’s a hell of a gamble in my book.

Reckon you should get your hands checked Johnjo, he got 6 goals last season alone…

I thought he had a good game for the short time he got. I would expect he may well get a deal. If he did I would be happy for him because he brings something a little different roll:

I forgot he was injured. I think Sarll was quoted saying it was a hamstring injury.

What I don’t understand is you have a trialists and only bring him on 20mins from the end.

Talking of trialists, I noticed that the black lad who played on the wing for us on trial, kahrel Reddin has signed for Altrincham.

Yeah, I think he played the first couple of friendlies, looked pretty decent. Wouldn't class him as as world beater like.

Think Henry did enough to get a deal - massive shame he was goosed for the Notts game.

hopefully just a slight strain as hes training in with the lads again this week DS said.

He has only played a few minutes in games.

Why did Shields send him on loan to Buxton and release him, it could have been a cash decision but when I saw him for them he didn't look special.

sctatchinghead He played most of the second half up at South Shields and the whole game against Sunderland.
He did well for Buxton so for whatever reason Shields did them a favour.
