Considering that we have no reserve team the number of players which we'll be paying is ridiculously high. I appreciate we won't be paying the full wages of loanees (in and out), but there's around 30 players getting wages from the club at this moment in time!
Less quantity and more quality in a slimmed down squad of max 22 in the summer please.

In the Mail we used 38 players this season.

Step too far the Championship... L1 would be an absolute push and even then i think he would be a super sub for someone.

he would happily navigate through L2 as somehow Umerah did and notched 14ish didnt he - so id imagine Mani D in a half decent side would probs get about that or more

need to look at his career record to see all his goals have been scored in the national league. could be his level in the same way those playing below our level could not do the job for us. anyone remember the great and famous marcus carver. then on top of this he is 30 year old and unless he bucks the trend i cannot see him getting any better.

Harry Kane 30, the first player to score 4 hatricks in a debut season.

His career stats suggest playing against NL defenders is his level.
Although he's been fantastic for us this season he's missed a lot of easy chances which might put a few scouts off.
Hope he's still here next season and we get either a strike partner for him or we bring in some wide pacy players so he's not having to create so much for himself or play with his back to goal so much.

TBH how many of these NL strikers top the charts season after season yet never seem to get the lucrative move ?

The names im thinking are actually topping the charts just now (again) too... Mr Cheek and McCallum do it consistently season after season yet no one has took the punt on them yet. Think Mani D might be in same boat. Wrong side of 25 for any big team to take a punt. Like others have said, can handle the pish defences this league has but take a step up and it doesnt take long for decent CBs to suss you out or have them in your pocket for the 90!

No forward takes all his chances, no matter how good they are, he’s done well this season if he never scores another goal…..but hopefully he does score.

As a fan and watching him regularly we can excuse the misses, but anyone looking at him with a view to signing him would be slightly put off if they've seen some of his howlers I'd think.
For me he's missed some sitters but made up for them across the season by scoring out of nothing.
