Yep.Two youngsters, Johnson and Burton, at the heart of our defence. Not the best news particularly considering the type of opposition.

No clean sheet again and when we go 0-1 down it's usually game over, After the Lord Mayors show FFS!!!!

We are making Bromley look good. We have must of the possession but the idiot defence
Are just spineless. Buts it’s the manager and trainers fault. Just to soft.

Obviously, I'll be absent Sat night and Sunday if we get tanked.

Maybe today highlights why the usual suspects focus on goals conceded even when we win the odd game.

See what we are made of now. Everyone else can get back into games against us. See if we can do anything in the next 45 minutes.

Doubtful

5 points off 3 of the worst teams in the league was a below average return despite the collective cock milking from some of our fan base

Think we can stop talking nonsense about making play offs and somehow scrape 50 odd points, be an utter disaster if we go down again. We have known long enough about this defence, until some quality is brought in we are heading for disaster, one off wins against other shower of shite sides should not keep papering over massive cracks.

Playoffs where over weeks ago. Relegation to midtable fight now. We are the Laughing stock of the league for now. Players only seem to turn up for the pay day, can't see them do anything else.

Manni O was a very big miss though I expect we would have lost even if he had played. Maybe the score would have been less embarrassing.

In all honesty, is anyone really shocked about today's result. I'm not. Bromley are a good side who have been in the playoffs the last 4 years or so. Andy Woodham isn't a better. Manager than Askey, the difference is Woodham has a team and knows how to use them and has a personality.

Askey seems very boring and sends you to sleep when he gives his interviews.

Half the team are probably mentally fatigued for listening to his tactics. bbolt

My WiFi went off about ten minutes before the game started. I got it up and running about half an hour after the game ended. So at least I saved ten quid and I didn't have to suffer watching it.

So all in all just another average Poolie Saturday afternoon.

Has anyone mentioned our defence/defensive midfield yet (and how f"cking ridiculously long it's been shit without anyone sorting it out)?

"Somehow scrape 50 odd points" I reckon this team will do well to scrape 40 on current form, truly awful team, sleepwalking into a relegation spot.

Question is who's the skipper. Edward Smith.. his crew did ok in icey conditions and sub zero temperatures.

Look at the stats.....last 8 competitive home games. Won 1, Drawn 1, Lost 6.
For 8, Against 18. Points 4 out of a possible 21.

Ive thought this for a while and even last weeks win against an awful team didnt really change it, we tortured york and they still got a goal, we battered kidderminster they still got a goal, once we come up against anything half decent we are in trouble. Something has got to give soon, cos this lot could easily take us down.

No one is free from blame, but look at the standard of players we keep turning too, its simply not good enough. Too late now though were stuck with it.

A shocking defensive performance, for the first two goals Cheek simply moved into acres of space in the box and waited for the ball to fall to him, who was supposed to be marking him.The fourth goal came from OUR free kick for fucks sake. A decent manager would be able to at least get them organised from dead ball situations, but not Askey apparently.

From the beginning of this season …. and I stated this at the time, I was looking to just getting stabilised this season as it was gonna be a season for team re-building….the good start took me by surprise, but so far the hoped for team building hasn’t started as we appear to be in a wild flux…I’m beginning to despair. sadx
