If you were a multimillionaire I doubt you would care much. Just don't lie to 5000 fans who have put into the club week in week out saying you have a good budget for players when clearly we haven't.

Oh I’d care. Now tell us all what YOU know about the budget......what you really know.

7 players out 3 in 2 kids and lad a from national North what does that say about our budget.

4 days left of window but so far its not the Excellent budget Bevington was saying about 2 months ago.
And that was before we beat Sheff Weds Bolton Charlton Lincoln n Blackpool in the Cups.
Maybe there will be a club statement next week that we gunna go transfer crazy in the summer window.

Donny fans are livid that we have signed the best player in their club. Raj said there's more to come.
A few on here need to get an apology out to our chairman ASAP.

Humble pie because we have signed someone? You do realise he has scored 18 in about 5 years since his Grimsby days? If we get the guy that was on fire for Grimsby great I will certainly eat humble pie. Can't be any worse than mike fondop can he?

Super Omar Bogle!!

Been reading these posts at work today with a Donny fan sat at the next desk. He says they should pay us to take this lad, he is that bad. Had the occasional good game if you can tolerate the dozen bad games in between.

On the other hand I remember Walsall fans moaning about Gary Liddle just before we got him and he has been EPIC for us. I'd take a repeat of that kind of reversal of fortunes.

Saw some games liddle had for Walsall looked finished. One of our best signings of recent times.

Think he just needs to settle down somewhere and get focused again, hopefully this is the place!

He has played at Wembley before let's hope he gets there again.

Oh but we have got a budget but you have a problem discussing it cos you haven't got a clue what it is.
If it's any consolation to you, I haven't got a clue what it is either.
Maybe we should just make it up as we go along..........OH WAIT.

Still waiting for that signing that disproves it. Still waiting......

Ha ha.

Thing with Bogle is he’s probably at the level he should be. He’s either league 2 gold or definitely NL gold. We wait with baited breath…

You’re obviously working with some bitter and twisted people or he’s in a huff over us signing him. Give him some counselling or a kick up the arse verbally.

think that has answered your own question about money and budgets. funny how so called bigger clubs like bradford who spend a lot have been left whilst the likes of wycombe, accrington and morecambe have gone up. three clubs if the media are correct have the lowest budgets in the leagues they play in. its never what you spend its how its spent in life as well as football.

Also depends a lot on the spirit and atmosphere at the club.

Last 4 years he has been at a higher level with most in the second tier. The fact we’ve got him on a free transfer is ridiculous.

I can only think the credit lies with Mr Turnbull - perhaps this is what we have been missing. A main man who has key contacts in the business to let us know about said contracts coming to an end / clubs making players available. I dont think it will be the last decent signing we see this window because of him ?

however i do think exiles who watch non pools games know all about players like o,donnell and bogle. plus others. its these young lads where we have no idea about.

If Raj Singh thinks that this is the kind of signing that will appease fans, that makes it look likes he means business, that convinces people that he means what he says and that there is a good budget in place.... then as far as I am concerned... he is right. I hold my hands up and though it takes a lot for someone to do that and not just go quiet and sneak off, I have never shied away from that. More signings like this one please Mr Singh.

If someone had said, would Omar Bogle be a decent punt if we could get him? I would have answered with a resounding yes. This is absolutely a good move.

Now what we also need is our 12th man to be fit again and to do whatever we have to do to preserve the atmosphere at the Vic.

However Graeme Lee knows a bit about the young lads having been in charge of Boro's youngsters and watched many of their games, so he will have some knowledge of other club's young talent as well.

Poor lad is out for the rest of the season after a freak accident in training yesterday, has returned to Newcastle to recuperate.
