So, nTeflon Dave got his heroic fight back game in as per the script. Fans will make him the Messiah, but....... I don’t think they’ll find the rest of the division quite so accommodating as Bolton Blunderers.
The chants of “Dave Challinors Blue and White Army” jarred a bit

Nice to see a small club have their day. Two poor teams. What’s the fine for a pitch invasion and letting off flares I wonder. They can afford it tho. DC calling their fans fucking idiots when they ran on the pitch at the end as he couldn’t do his fist pump.

DC is a good manager & with that kind of fighting spirit on the pitch, I wouldn't bet against Stockport getting promotion. A cracking cup tie, but as has been said - not much difference between NFL & the top of L1 on that showing, & that must be encouraging for the Pools players

wanted stockport to win but some of their fans spoilt it making the win a real tinpot non league affair with friendly pitch invasions and flares. all that was missing was tin foil FA cups held by kids with their grandparents. what have they achieved, away to rotherham which is about as exciting as pools have drawn. actually thought kitching had a good game apart from his cock up with the keeper.

IF! we both get through the next round I don't want to draw Stockport, I'd hate to lose to them.

I wouldn’t take that match as a guide to anything.

I know what you mean. I bet Jurgen Klopp is shitting himself after that Bolton result.
