It's sad really that in 2017 the club has to make such a statement about racism. It possibly even more depressing that some people don't seem to think it's an important issue.

It's fucking disgusting and quite pathetic that a club with a number of black players has to confront a racism issue amongst its fans in 2017.

More bad publicity for our town.

Well done to pam and pools for addressing this, its started to rear its ugly head recently and people need to know this is not acceptable at pools or anywhere else.

I'm outraged that everyone is outraged about racism and that Pam has made everyone forget the state the club is in by posting an article outlying the club's stance on racism.

With the Stewards and the Police involved is it fair to assume that someone has been banned at the very least ?

There is never a wrong time to tackle racism. If people are concerned about other issues at the club they can surely raise that separately. I hope the club maintain a zero tolerance stance to racism and act accordingly. Overall we have excellent support and the main body of fans are supportive of everything the owners are trying to do as well as the Trust.

I thought you said that you read the statement it says incident was dealt swiftly by stewards and the Police and reiterates the clubs zero tolerance to racism. So I'd suggest that if anyone has been caught behaving in that manner banning is certain.

I still think its a little odd that absolutely no-one mentioned the incident anywhere on the internet despite stewards and police being involved. Its not been talked about anywhere.
I sincerely hope that whoever was guilty is banned for life though
