I'm a trust member but I wouldn't say that he's broken promises, more that things are turning out a bit scarily. Things don't seem right on the pitch or at the bank judging by recent results and the winding up orders. Question is whether rumours like players not being paid are true.

Serious offer. I'm happy to have a look at any rumours and any evidence that anybody has to back them up. If it looks like there is anything close to proof of anything dodgy I'll see if any contacts I have back in the UK are interested in running a story. If there is a real story there and anybody pays me anything for it I'll donate the money to the trust.

I didn't get a HUST certificate or whatever either, not that that worries me in the slightest, what does is the fact that there are thousands of fans who aren't HUST members. Recruitment drive (or another) must be a priority surely.

According to Companies House a charge was registered against the club on 25th November. Looks like we have borrowed from an organisation called Access Finance. I'm sure if you Google them you will get an idea of what sort of mob they are.

Could be another worrying development, according to Coxhall it's nothing to worry about. I guess it depends how much you trust the bloke.

Like I said earlier in the thread, I'm not concerned with them not doing things they said they would, I'm more concerned with the financial issues off the field. I imagine all clubs at this level live hand to mouth and have cash flow issues on a regular basis.

Access Finance look like a payday lending company like used to sponsor Newcastle etc? Wonga was it??

You wouldn't need to do that sort of paperwork to be a sponsor. Could be an investor in the sense that they give Pools cash but then take a share of the club if it isn't paid back. Can't really tell unless you get sight of the specific terms, amounts and assets involved.

The document is quite clear that its a lender/debtor arrangement. Whether there is more deals in the background is another matter but this arrangement is a funding arrangement.
