Mr Yloop your puddings look as good as mine, although I only use 2 eggs.

Also your kitchen needs a good clean to get the stains off!!!! Or I need to clean my screen!!!!!!

As for puddings, I still use lard. Gives a nice crunch on the bottom!

Although still don't have them on Xmas day!

Boxing day breakfast of turkey, chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce on cut toasted bread, I kid you not it`s a taste sensation :dance:
