I just don't get it, maybe I'm being naive but is there oil under the vic or something, the land can't be worth that much and in any case, as it keeps on being said, the ground is an asset of community value and so can't be redeveloped as anything other than to play football can it sctatchinghead

It doesn't take too much backslapping and ar*e licking to get land reclassified ...
