I can't knock IOR for sticking around and continuing to run the club post TMH debacle. nobody could.

Fenwick and Harrison will be (are!) massive signings. Harrison will be Skipper next year.

I don't know whether this has been mentioned or not, but according to the official site our owners are now Independent Oilfield Rentals IOR Limited, whereas I've always been under the impression that it was Increased Oil Recovery.

Both companies are part of the same group with same people, but I can't find any information on the accounts for Independent Oilfield Rentals. Plus I've just had a look, the key employees aren't up for Independent Oilfield Rentals anymore, but they were the other day.

Probably nothing, but this seems really fishy to me.

In 2012 it said:

"Hartlepool United Football Club's ultimate parent company is Independent Oilfield Rentals IOR Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The shareholders with a 10% or more interest in Independent Oilfield Rentals IOR Limited are K J Hodcroft (46%) and B G Larsen (10%)."

as oppose to currently:

"Hartlepool United Football Club's ultimate parent company is Independent Oilfield Rentals IOR Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The shareholders with a 10% or more interest in Independent Oilfield Rentals IOR Limited are K J Hodcroft (42.2%), M Piana (12.86%), C Burnett (13.86%) and M Shephard (10.89%)"

So not much different really.
