Well the vote was split almost down the middle with 57% at the time of writing in favour. This from a sample of about 100 so a fair number.

Had it been based purely on football then it would have been 100% obviously but the bad publicity and the potential damage has done for it.

Overall I'm not comfortable with bowing down to the howling masses but I guess its the right thing to do for HUFC as a club, for its reputation and for its fanbase as a whole.

Until someone comes up with another name it will exist. It used to be called a bandwagon.

It can be but not always. Surely you're doing exactly the same by insulting anyone who grouped one side of the argument as outrage bussers. Besides, close to a 50/50 vote doesn't have any dissenters. This subject cause a split down the middle.
