I remember a lad at school who wore a leg brace being called a spacker.
Also, during lunchtime at English Martyrs the naughty kids used to go to the fence seperating our school from Southbrook School and "go and laugh at the spackers"

So Chip's acting like a 14 year old then :wink: :laugh:

Seriously though, would anyone be having these arguments if we were doing well? When Pools are doing bad everyone starts arguing on the messageboards!

Just in case the aforesaid EAD is still reading, yes I am still going to Pools, and not Billingham Town. I said that I would struggle to support Pools if they were to be responsible for putting a small local amateur team out of business. In those circumstances, I might be looking for another team to follow, but of course it couldn't be Billingham Town, because they wouldn't exist any more. A Catch 22 situation!!

Am I a Spactard and not a fan of the club Mr.Chip cos I haven't been to an home game since Oldham Jan.2nd???? sctatchinghead sctatchinghead

its spectard muttley. the word is spectard. someone spectacularly thick. a thick thickett if you will.

you i understand have stopped going because you dont like the manager. i think you are making a pointless protest but respect your right to do so.

Fiver a week :wink:

mr tigro, the poor lamb, doesnt go because he cant afford it and theres no point anyway because according to him ( and not the league table i hasten to add ) " we are already relegated " and he " cant see us winning another game all season. " as he hasnt seen us play i dont know what he bases his opinion on though.

despite not being able to afford to go to pools he can manage to piss away a tenner a week in the bookies. :roll:

theres them that care deeply about pools but stopped going as a protest.

and theres the type that boil my piss. sit there all weekend on footy manager, will tell anyone who cares to listen how shit pools are, but as soon as we get a good cup draw or to the play offs they are first in the queue for tickets, and the biggest pools fans in the town.

go into any pub or office and you will hear them spouting off " hartley is shit, boydie is finished , rowells a non league player man "

you ask them if they went to the game at the weekend, they say " im not paying good money to watch that shit. "

they are precisely the reason why no matter how much money ior spend, pools will never get anywhere. they will never attract these people on a long term basis because deep down these people dont give a shit. much easier to slag pools off than support them.

i agree with dunny when he says this second group of people are c ***s.

Spactard = a combination of the words spacker and retard.

Dictionary definition something along the lines of somebody who feels the need to slag off something he knows nowt about cos he doesn't witness it first hand; all piss and wind; as irritating as thrush; wouldn't be missed if he was hit by a bus tomorrow.

Hope that helps.

Carry on...

jesus fooking wept, what century is it in seaham ? is everyone still walking about in teddy boy jackets ?

dictionary definition of retard :

cause to move more slowly or operate at a slower rate;
check: slow the growth or development of;
decelerate: lose velocity; move more slowly;
idiot

calling someone an idiot is highly offensive now is it ?

you will be telling me next i cant use the following common terminology :

tramp
peasant
tramp that smells of piss
thickett

ffs, have i stumbled across the womens fooking institutes message board by mistake ?

how else would you describe someone who says pools are already relegated when we have 8 games to play and arent even in the bottom four ? somewhat misguided ? patently wrong ?

Jesus Christ man! Was only fooking joking, I thought a man of your intelligence might have realised I was posting along the same sarcastic lines as you do in every post!

And in Seaham, you don't know the half of it, we can't een get bbc2 or channel 5 on our normal ariels and DAB radio is a definite nono. Luckily I set the standards of fashion and decency here. My shellsuit and capri jacket show the teddy boys how it's done although my eclipse yeans are still a bit far forward for them.

I shall continue my outreach work with the locals until they can reach the social standards and presentability that you set.

No real feelings about Leeds United apart from thinking they're a bit too big for their now much reduced boots but as for Bates, this is exactly what he deserves......a good stuffing.

I respect a lot of what you say Chip and agree fully re your sentiments that the fact Leeds got beat shouldn't really cheer any of us Pools supporters up. But you have been calling a few people retards of late and its difficult to place that in anything other than the "childish insult" bracket.

www:kidshealth.org/kid/health_problems/birth_defect/mental_retardation.htm

Chip's right on a lot of stuff but on the use of "retard" he 's out of order refred . I wouldn't even throw that insult at Turner.

& no Chip I don't live in Seaham, I'm not a do-gooder/ left winger or whatever insult you want to throw. Social Worker perhaps?

At least update your insults vocab so you don't use an outdated insulting term like retard or Spectard :roll: :roll:
