I'm gonna stick up for Pools here.

BT were more than willing to have Pools upgrade the facilities and sign the agreement in the first place. If BT had said that they weren't prepared to pay for upkeep or that they couldn't afford it then Pools would of probably found an alternative non league venue. I don't know how much it costs to lay a pitch and build new changing rooms but i would expect it to be in the region of 100k...?

The statement says no payments have been made for a year, surely BT can afford to pay some costs towards what they owe Pools? maybe the court action is just to prompt BT into paying something?

At least he might clear the wall unlike behan.
