If you want to transfer a joke from a film to a parallel in real life, there ought to be SOME link between the two contexts.
Otherwise it's not the same joke, it's not a parody of the joke - it's nothing but an excuse to make a remark on skin colour. If anyone finds it funny then I'm sad for them.
