So what's new?
Mr Wilson's technique seems to be a version of the multiple-choice questionnaire. He gives a variety of possible answers and you choose the one you think is correct.......

completely agree chip. the last 3 matches should have been used to appease the supporters. kid for a quid or something similar to thank us for our support and to get kids interested in next season.
I'd normally agree, but if kids had turned up to see the Millwall match they'd have been scarred for life.... a blessing in disguise eh?

Maybe Wilson is planning on using these games to see who he should keep on at the club. That is why Elliot and Robson were in the team. I know that it isn't fair on the fans, but he is planning for next season.

Surely Wilson must know these two aren't up to the required standard, is there any need to make us endure another painful 90 minutes of their performances? Especially that twat Robbie Elliott. Have I mentioned I don't like him?

The quotes in the Mail talking about playing for contracts are from Nelson, not Wilson. Or at least the ones on the website are.

If, after all this time, Wilson has not worked out that they are not good enough, then I really do despair. Are you seriously suggesting that at this late stage, he'd still consider giving contracts out on the basis of their 'performances' in one or two end of season matches. That isn't a sign of 'planning', it's a sign of dithering.
