Sorry I'm a poncey bread virgin

Short proof bread has a larger amount of yeast and a close texture similar to sliced bread but crusty and no preservatives, longer proof has big holes, soft texture and chewy exterior, less yeast and more flavour, both are best eaten on day of purchase but make fantastic toast.

One proviso, I will only deliver if I see Lurpak, some peasants use Norpack and I can`t bring myself to drop standards, artisan is also a word for sometimes fugly and misshapen but tasty and sooo good.

I took a loaf to my sister-in-laws yesterday and she tried to put stork on it, you can visit her at Sunderland general between 3 and 5 :snooty:

Bacon bread is well worth a purchase.

Are you doing a cheese loaf yet Butt?

Yep, just tried sundried pesto and pesto and parmesan, will update with test taste scores later, based on aroma and presentation, have to go early doors 11/10

It lasted well an all. Got it Sunday and threw the few last bits out to the bids today.

They gave it 10/10

Breaking Bad (renamed Breaking Bread, see what I did there?).... The Bunker version. I see Mr Butt as Heisenberg (the cook) assisted by Zippy (Jesse), who needs to distribute his bread to the Metropolis, where Saul (ably played by Mr Bishop) has found a distribution network, my mate's business (aka Gus) which goes to Hartlepool regularly.

Well Mr Butt, I may have a order large order for next week. You may have to PM me for pickup instructions, payment etc. PS we can discuss my cut (pun intended) of the business.

Remember you'd better call Saul!!!!

Mr Butt when I've sorted the logistics, you may have an order from the Metropolis.

You need to sort out your dairy choices first, I bet you put salt on food before you taste it!

Lurpak on offer (I'm not in charge of butter procurement), so have the good stuff. Mr Butt has a PM and ergo should PM back for a lucrative business deal.

Bacon bread long proof.

Been in my possession for 2 hours 19 minutes precisely. I've done half a loaf already.

Simply outstanding John.

I asked Mr Breadbutt for a white and a brown and the rest his selection. I trust his culinary Artisan skills! I can't wait! Maybe bacon bread next time.
