Does the bread keep well in freezer? Not a fan of paying delivery so would probably order over £10 worth but obvs couldnt eat it all before it went stale.

Anyone ever go to the Metropolis to drop me some off? I need to do a review of this bread, ably assisted by Dad, of course!

Edit: think of the potential sales increase with an endorsement by Dad and me.

I have a full clean license, however I have no test, tax or insurance. Or for that matter a car!!!!

Restaurants wanting a Michelin Star bend over backwards for the critics. Who's prepared to go the extra mile to get a recommendation off Dad and me?

I'll drop it off but my car gets less than 20mpg so would be a hefty fuel bill. Say £50?

I can fill the tank over here for less than £15 and we're getting a new car next week and it needs a run out. The 7,000 mile round trip will blow off a few cobwebs and I'll meet you on the edge of Bishop Auckland. As I mentioned it's going to be a new car and even though I'll be passing through Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Syria on the way I'm not parking it in Bishop.

How are you enjoying it over there PJ? How do the malls compare to Middleton Grange? I found them lacking in Greggs and the perfume smell overpowering at first but the parking's free, just don't have a white Hilux as you'll never find it again.

Just had a slice of Monkeybutts bacon bread....

Unreal!! Amazing amount of bacon in it, almost tempted to put brown sauce on it aswell as Norpak but resisted. 10/10. Gave a loaf to my parents and also love it, sadly didn't give me a rating.

Still got onion and herb long proof to test and a free curry and sunflower loaf which smells amazing :)

Mr tREE I thought you would'nt try it til Dad has! Some would say you was a traitor to your morals. As long as you enjoyed it though and gave it a good review, Dad says hey ho!

I need a Bunkerite to drop some off at the Metropolis. How can there be a fair review without me and Dads feedback?

What percentage of bacon would you say it contained? Anything less than 100% would be inadequate in my view.

What was it like toasted?

Did you have chutney on?

Would Bishops dad enjoy it with chicken on?

Yeah, nice big chunks too. Smells amazing when you cut into it and toasting it also releases the aroma :)

Yep, the short proof yeast breads take 2.5 hours, the open texture long proof is order the day before, there is a list a few pages back, anything not on there, just ask.
