Well if the " budget isn't all bad " what is it then. sctatchinghead This labour lot will go down in history as the worst ever to govern our country and " two tier " the worst prime minister of all time.
Kin'ell Leggie...can't you remember the last 5 Tory PM's??
Yes I can remember each and everyone of the foookers. The worst for me personally was Cameron but the way Starmer has started tells me he will be wearing that crown shortly.
What’s Starmer done to upset you Leggie, I doubt you personally will be affected by the budget not unless you run a business, I don’t particularly like home but at least give him a couple years not months.
Actually it's none of your business why I believe Starmer and Labour are crap.
If you have an opinion you have to back it up with facts ?

Here's an interesting fact, £25bn to be raised on extra taxes from the budget, £5bn from the superwealthy and the other £20bn from middle and lower earners.

VAT …WHY….?
VAT was introduced in 1974 as a part of the price we paid for joining the EU.
We ain’t there anymore so why are we stilling paying this consumption tax…?

VAT is the most insidious tax of all, and governments love it as it costs them nowt to collect or administer because the folk paying it pick up the tab for that.

First suggested by a German gadgie, and implemented by a French person.

Need I say more...

and some still say its shite nowadays. the 70,s and 80,s were not much to write home about with the introduction of VAT and later the poll tax where the ability to pay either were taken for granted. thats before you get onto mass unemployment across the north and midlands. and rampent inflation.
