If Snarll gets his way.

so we are suddenly going to play games in our opponents half and get decent crosses in for him to show what he is all about.

Mani d campbell and mancini are utterly wasted playing in this team now, mancini wont get his game shortly for us and mani d be lucky to reach 15 goals

without at least one more signing you can put madine in this catogary. is campbell going to be the new cooke and every good side needs a mancini in it who could be classed as a luxury player. its fine having a smallish squad if that squad gave cover across the whole pitch and not in just the defensive part of it. possibly we are missing charman more than anybody as we have no alternative in his position but can bring a full back and another central midfielder in.

Mani is not going to get 25 goals a season every season…much as I’d like to see it happen…(15 goals would be a good tally for any forward) …..but expecting it of him is unfair.

it is unfair and nothing to do with his ability but more about the lack of opportunities he,ll get without a change of style or emphasis on the pitch.

MannyD got more chances to score under KP.
Fact.
Be interesting to see the tactics when him n Madine are on the pitch together.

It’s a team game, different team, you can’t build a team around your favourite players because if they go then what….?
As for KP…Gateshead away….there was a melt down on here…he wasn’t the answer and we still don’t know if Sarll is yet

said on another topic that we need to sign the player with the best long throw in to make the best of the situation with them two.

there is always some bastard about who,ll spoil your day. at least if he is there is a better chance of me not seeing him when i come up for the barnet game. he,s bound to be unavailable for that as he will not have recovered from travel sickness by the time of that game.

Quite right. None of this gung ho attacking football when playing against deadly opposition. Keep it tight and hope for a set piece winner. If not, settle for a 0-0 and bang on about how hard the lads fought against a very good side.

its more annoying as he,d go in for gung ho football if they score and are trying to get back into the game. how about doing it the other way by starting like that and get a good lead and then see the game out.
