They're both white!

Against Telford arguably Amos was one of our better players and when Kioso came on wevat last had someone driving forward with intent. We then play Harrogate and both are on the bench, for the life of me I cannot understand Money’s logic

Hes complaining in The Mail about lack of stability at the back, we won a game and a few days later he changed the back four to bring Rogers in and moved Magnay into midfield. Like Wilsons tombola at the moment just glad I haven't got a season ticket so wont be paying to watch any more of it for a while.

Subs often come on and play well, they have to havent they? so not necessarily IMO a reason for the player to start the next game , especially a game that possibly required a selection/formation suited to stifling a certain type of opponent in a certain type of setting, in this case a team with flair, score lots of goals, tall, strong and fast on a 3G pitch. So I can understand Money maybe selecting a team for the occasion. However considering we are not the fittest side and Money must know that by now, you would of thought young lads like Kioso and to a lesser degree Amos would of been first on the teamsheet for todays game, just for their energy alone.

To be fair to magnay he has played in midfield for several weeks you can't just chop and change where you play people and not expect it to have an impact.

He played centre half when we beat Gateshead a few days later Money put him in centre midfield, and changed the back four, and the whole spine of the team. We got beat that game and Money said it wasn't a backward step. He also said he couldn't train the players properly because of Christmas but we would see a massive improvement at Harrogate.
Got told off someone who has been at the club a while Money is same as Dave Jones and is complicating things for the sake of it and players don't know what they need to do or how they are meant to be lining up. They not good enough to play lots of formations and positions just keep it simple this level. Davies got out quickly looks like Noble is wanting out and the way he playing his mate Magnay too. Anyone saying give Money time think we should have give Dave Jones more time too. He is one defeat away from getting the sack, put Hignett in charge till end of season then have clear out .

Where do we get some of these players and fans from?

If Money is really 'one game from the sack' then I'm just about done with Pools, if you got told this by somone at the club then maybe Dave Jones wasn't as big an issue as made out, maybe it's these people at the club namely some of the senior players (who are serial losers by the way, and in the main, shit) and people behind the scenes who need scattering quickly. I remember him saying that people at the club weren't willing to listen and didn't want to change. Money has had fairly recent success at this level, it's fairly comical to suggest he doesn't know how to manage at it. Can't they handle a strong character? Do they want a cozy environment where they can rule the roost? Anyone who wants out of the club, Featherstone, Magnay, Noble let me know and I'll come back and drive them to wherever they want to go. They won't be missed especially the first two. Richard Money is not why the club are where it is, some of these players can shoulder far more blame than a bloke who's been here a month. Yes that's right a month and we're reading 'one game from the sack'. Unreal.

The whole mentality at the club needs to change, this constantly blaming the manager time and time again is bordering on moronic, it would almost be funny if it wasn't so sad.

What we need is a run of games with a settled side, no changing 4 players each game, we are unlikely to bring anymore in on loan so this squad is it with the exception of Noble and Williams, we have a 16 game mini season to get it right and stay in this league and give Dickie Dosh the summer break to assemble a squad to hopefully get us back to the league, although I think we are destined to do a Wrexham and hang about for a while

I suppose it's hard to keep a settled side when individuals are putting in performances like yesterday. People say he shouldn't have made changes after Gateshead, maybe that's right but we all know these players are probably incapable of putting on two decent displays in a row together, the team under Bates was fairly settled at the end of the day this group of players were still taking us in the same direction. Hopefully we can get one or two more in and shift one or two of the problems out at the same time. Who would want them is another matter though!

Every player who's out of contract will be goin at the end of the season guessing about 80% of the squad.
Question is have they got the self respect to try n keep us up?
I'd glady take Fifth bottom now given how bad we playing and some tough home games coming up v orient Solihull Wrexham n Salford.

That's been said before though, but some always seem to get another year. I can't honestly see how a club with limited finances can ship 80% of the squad out, though I agree, that's what needs to happen.
