It's a hard call. So many women fell for my charms after a smooch to KC's.

Nothing could possibly better the Only Ones original, one of the greatest three minute rock songs ever, Perrett's drawl, Perry's quicksilver guitar, Mair's cool bass and the late, great Mike Kellie's tight drumming, often imitated, never bettered. Saw them live quite a few times, met them all, and I will not have it that anyone could possibly do this song better. Thank you. :-D

Roger Lloyd Pack doing Crocodile Rock on the Vicar Of Dibley. Never liked Elton John.

Very hard to argue with that stance. Groups often move with the times but still manage to retain at least a minimum of their identity.
Or if they do shift, they take you with them gradually.
Fake Mac did make some decent tunes like and had some nice eye candy, but I wasn't keen on that hootenanny Lindsey Buckingham stuff.
I guess you could say Fleetwood Mac's cover of Fleetwood Mac is an acquired taste.

I had a laugh today. Fake Mac have apparently fired Lindsey Buckingham (yes at 70 yr old you can still be fired).
Fans are saying "Without Lindsey, it's not Fleetwood Mac."
I'm sure you'll see the joke there, Billog.

I did think, oh dear, what a pity, never mind, when I heard about it yesterday!
