Nothing I have ever read on the Bunker has made me happier than this, you bandy-brained, self-abusing, dog-noncing, incapable spelling, sub-53-IQ, sheep-worrying, grammatical first year, hypocritical, total fuck up. :-D

Ignore that, dick head.

I was a Poolie when you were a hopeful wank, and little has changed.

I can't be doing with this "entertainment business" stuff. That sounds suspiciously like the skysports, family-friendly, half-time dancers nonsense that I have come to dislike so much. Pools is a football club, one that I want to win football matches. Entertainment would be nice, but it's always ALWAYS been a peripheral thing.

Cut it out, football is entertainment, as is all sport, ....... you may look down your nose in a sniffy manner at the idea, but that's what it is.... and abdolutely fook all to do with Sky....... if it wasn't, it would be a statistical exercise for malnourished types in anoraks........!
You don't go to something you don't enjoy, as the gates testify and ....... would have a lot more if it hadn't been for the cheap season tickets.

Entertainment /enjoyment is never guaranteed in anything, but you have just stated that you attended games games in hope and expectation ...... but been disappointed.....just like the rest of us
I go to Pools in hope and anticipation, to enjoy the game, the entertainment is the icing, the prospect of chewing the cud over some dire Somme style deadlock appeals not one masochistic jot.

This 'entertainment industry' thing of course springs from Satan, errrr...I mean Rupert Murdoch. If it's on telly, it's entertainment. When it wasn't, it was an occasion to look forward to. Now it's saturated.

Poor saps like us get the crumbs, we're expected to match the standards that these riches bring because we play the same game.

Typified a couple of months ago when the screams of 'throw some money at it,' were shrill enough to make your parrot leave home.
