Strange things you see that make you think...

...today on the M40, I passed a car transporter full of Mondeos. They were all white diesel estates. Nothing unusual about that perhaps, but all of them had an 04 plate. Some were mucky, some were clean, some had missing wheeltrims, but they were all the exact same model of white Mondeo.

I can only think of a couple of reasons for this:

1 They are for a film set or TV programme

2 They are ringers and are being transported for the Police

or someone replacing a fleet

You've missed a couple of options.

A road construction company disposing of their 'Motorway Maintenance' cars
Police cars off to the auction.

I'd bet a good shite that its one of those two.
