I managed to complete the Billingham 10k this morning in a time of 46:05, which wasn't bad I suppose considering yesterday's couple of pints and Elland Road Chicken Balti Pie.

I was keeping count, as the runners went past, but stopped around 80. You must of been around 100th, not bad out of around 300+. Well done Smythe

I think I heard one of the timekeeping officals at the finish line count me in as 95th, so my target of a top 100 finish was acheived....just.
