Lass at work had her credit card copied while in a pub in Warwickshire when she set up a 'tab'

they now have spent £3000 on the credit card they have every single peice of information you need to purchase over the internet, good job she bought the farud insurance a week earlier isnt it!!!

remain vigilent when using a credit card in a unbranded pub eh!

to be honest doing something like that is just like putting a big sign up saying please come and rip me off.
the first thing would be all staff drinks on it all night
then over inflate the drinks total each round

sorry but there is no way on earth somebody is getting their sticky mitts on my credit card

The only way I will set up a 'tab' in a bar/restaurant is if the use it to keep a running total, and I pay in cash at the end, after carefully checking what I'm being charged for. They certainly would not get hold of my credit/debit card.

I stopped in a hotel a few days ago and when I woke up i noticed £35 had been slotted under my door!

When I went to check out there was a £35 bar bill been added to my room!

Some cheeky f***** had got in the hotel bar despite it being guests only and gave my room number for the tab.

I suppose at least he/she was decent enough to put the money under my door like.
