On the train on the way back from tonight;'s game. We were elish. Won 3-1 and played well against a very quick and fast team. We played well and kept possession for long times. Top men were Matty Robson and Ben Clark. Good turnout of Poolies - about 50 of us, but no sign of their top boys. A lack of OB presence and no scarfers. Went into Rheden unchallenged.
Sat behind the Pools subs all night and Malcolm Christie was sat there all night. He came on in the last couple of minutes and did well. I think he would be a good signing.
About an hour from The Dam and Dennis Harnish is sorting us all out with train times and connections. Our apartment is top notch and I cant wait to slide down someones greasy pole later on. Cant wait to get back to Amsterdam. BINGO. The windows look full of fun and I've a wallet full of Euros to waste.
We are on the train with the wooden tops, but I cant see any sign of Sengelow. No show and no surrender to the red light.

Many thanks for the info.

Not sure if this Malcolm Christie thing is bollocks or not but he would make a good signing methinks. It would certainly show a bit of ambition

Well there is one good way to ascertain whether it is Stephen Halliday.

If he starts running repeatedly in the direction of the arrows until there is a big hole in the ground then its him!

Its all coming together now.

'S' in his name the lot, i'd be over the moon if he signed. He is 28 years old, he is Premiership quality. He has been very unlucky to break his leg twice. Imagine if he played a full season in League One?

I won't get excited until i recieve official confirmation that he has signed from 88442.... When I recieve that I could do a roley poley or 2 and will consider showing my face at Kenilworth Road.......

If anyone believes this they need their head read! I got the same text as poolymad and I wasn't fooled for a milli second.

It was Darren Byfield last time, this time Malcome Christie. rolfl rolfl

To be honest, I'm not bothered about the matches over there, I just want to know how much leading firefighter lumpy4skin has spent on prossies! Hope you've got your credit card Crossy!

It was a good one I'll admit. Mind you, if I'd actually heard of Christie before this thread it would have been a better one!

ADG- are you 8 years old or something?

Loughlin is a moron and always has been.

Some people really do need to grow up.

Or alternatively upon what evidence do you base your accusation?

I can agree that ADG is a moron though.

I think what Mr Hamster is trying to say is that shite internet rumours have been done to death over the years and are now about as funny as a famine. Back in about 1995 when someone posted that Keith Houchen had been sacked (when he hadn't) as a wind up on the flying pig or whatever it was called - it was amusing. In 2007 it's a little bit tedious and pointless. It pisses people off when people claim to be in the know, they want people to know that they are supposedly in the know yet they won't give names because it will supposedly get someone the sack.

I ended up lookin glike a tit at work as i told people that we are showing some ambition and are looking to sign Malcolm Christie.

It was a good joke but im a bit annoyed. He would have made a great signing.

Bastads

I boasted about it on Darlo's rivals board last night.

I'll just have to pretend I never said it, or it was my hilarious parody 'pj_poorlie.' I thought it might be a wind up thats why I never passed it on to any of my mates, I did tell the old fella though :uhoh:

Why would we want Boro rejects anyway, before anyone says it they wanted to keep Liddle.

Bastads.

....but when you look at music today there's oh so much more to get worked up about than the streets. The fact he gets held up as a modern day poet and genius irks, and yes he may not be a genius in my eyes, but there's far far worse out there
