Well its first blood to the Loids this season Final Score 4-1 story of the season so far with Hartlepool first team and Youth alike plenty of chances but to no avail the loids put away the few chances they had we did not, should have had at least 5 clear goals with lots more half chances but with a mixture of poor finishing and point blank saves it was not to be.
One thing I did notice though Dave Hodgeson was there watching the first half I wonder if Mr Wilson will turn up this season to spur the young lads on??
