I'm more optimistic after reading the extract from X. I think we can more safely say who is involved and that it is definitely ongoing and not a dead deal.

years and years of expecting anything but bad news and luck does grind you down to become anything but positive when pools are mentioned. at least when something good happens we appreciate it more than many fans of other clubs who go into meltdown if there teams misses out on european football. real victimhood is being a pools fan.

Yes I have heard of her but doing a bit of research there wasn’t much info on her or her connection to Pools, if this is the same person, she is the founder of Herd International which has only been trading for a year, classed as a micro company. Turnover is under £1M, balance sheet is under £500,000 not exactly loads of cash is there.
There is another Shelley Hammond who had a business in Scarborough Street but it’s since been dissolved.

I see lots of company names associated with this woman but not one that shows any money. All I see on companies house is a lot of linked shell companies.

PNN Capital - negative net worth
Herd International - a dormant and worthless company

Where’s the money coming from?

The only money that I can find and it’s tenuous is a guy called Nasib Piriyev who jointly owns PNN Group. Again a worthless UK company but he has strong links to Azerbaijan and Russia and there does seem to be value in his businesses there. If there is money then this is the only possibility I can find.

If this is true then my belief is that Shelley Hammond is fronting for these ruskies.

Where is your evidence that they are involved at all? Shelley Hammond’s name has been mentioned but the link to APX US is a guess. She appears to work for them but that’s not evidence that they’re involved.
