Apart from the Gateshead shambles he did a cracking job for us with a shockingly poor squad though.

Probably been sacked in the morning after yet another drubbing.

I thought he was shite here, carried his tactics over to Fylde and they're reaping the rewards.

no matter how bad he was or how bad fans think he was for me we have even managed to get worse appointed whicj itself must be a difficult task to do.

Choosing managers is a lottery at all levels, look at Chelsea even though they were winning major trophies they went through 17 managers in 19 years under Abramovich. So even more difficult at a club like ours imo.
It's certainly time we got lucky again.

pools do not help themselves by appointing people who are either untried at the job or those with dodgy cv in management. a bit different from a manager like a decent player who just does not come off at a club.

Most important person at a club is the manager, get that right and things fall into place.
The catch is finding one.
