Gregg Wallace replaced by Grace Dent. How’s this gonna work with her being a vegan?

Another Woman presenter for BBC along with the 3 Ladies presenting SportPerson of the Year.

Fairly certain she’s vegan at home but eats anything for her work as a food critic so you’d assume that would carry over to Masterchef.
She’s also way more qualified than Gregg Wallace was to present on a cooking show.

Oh no! The dear old Beeb replacing a male presenter with a female. You could knock me down with a feather.

She’s been a critic/guest judge on Masterchef for years and had no issues eating animal product then, so no dramas.

Can you be a part time vegan?? Surely not.

She's been great when she's on the show as a critic to be honest. I don't think there's owt political about this one.

I find this quite funny. Especially the bit that reads "a flexitarian might eat meat only some days each week"

1. There is a need to shout because you regularly misunderstand/misinterpret posts on here.
2. "Twisted as all heck." What does this mean? Well: twisted as in distorted, not mainstream/regular, weird, messed up. Heck is just a very mild swear word. Thus your opinion is bizarre, strange, twisted, not well-considered, probably comes from an insincere place. You publish these opinions purely to demean what I say and at the same time demonstrate a moral superiority to which you arrogantly believe you are entitled.
3. I have no problem with Wallace being replaced but my issue is with the BBC not with women. I know you wont be able to understand this but I will write it anyway for the benefit of any reasonable person who may be reading this.
As part of their ongoing programme of Equality Diversity and Inclusiion The BBC are replacing white males with women. Examples are Fiona Bruce replacing Dimbleby in Question Time, Alex Scott replacing Dan Walker on Football Focus, Sandy Tocsvig relacing Stephen Fry on QI, LIneker being replaced on MOTD by Kelly Cates, BBC National News readers are exclusively women except for Clive Myrie. As white males form a large part of the population of the UK, I object to them being replaced by our National Broadcaster for which we all pay a licence fee. This is what I think but you might notice I do not force my views on others by denigrating other people's views. I dont try to suggest my opinions are somehow morally superior and somehow more wholesome and progressive than other people's. Now, I know you wont understand this and even if you did you would never admit to it because the whole purpose of what you post is to score a point and give yourself a boost. I suspect you are a very sad individual in desperate need to boost your self-esteem.

you would not mind if the lasses were happy about having one of their sex replacing a bloke but the thing is that they are not. knowing how catty women get i,d guess they are the biggest section of detractors than blokes are. same with gays etc. they do not all like others of a similar persuasion and the same with non whites of the same religeon.
