Yes it is a very sinister development. Surely a healthy democracy should be able to allow the truth to be told. Why are they so afraid? Maybe we are no longer a healthy democracy, I must admit I have serious doubts particularly since the present regime came into power. The Tories were shoit but at least they didn't use the law to shut down opposition.
