Haven't seen one yet, are they banned? No flags from houses either sadx

I’m told some police forces are telling motoristsflying the flags can lead to a fine, surely not….but it’s reported fines of up to £1,000 can be levied….some flags on cars are ignored though. :angry-tappingfoot:
