Yes it's a Dylan song. Copywright is 1970, so could well have been a hit for ON-J in '71.

Looking down all the posts so far, and allowing for my ignorance of a lot of those listed, I found that I like the following number of songs.

Cornelius Atweazle - 3

Grabec - 8
Richard Head - 3
ADG - 2
ECG - 8 (out of 40!)
Salty - 1

Mr Ed - 0 (out of 40)
BWH - 0

Just goes to show how our tastes differ. God knows how Mr Glasses is going to judge this!

Richard Head - 1
ADG - 1
ECG - 1
Salty - 0
Bluemonkey - 1
Lager Lout - 3

Lightning Tree - 3
Mr Red - 3
Billingham Poolie - 4

ffs its the bunker 2007. you lot should get out more.

10 songs actually released in the last 12 months off the top of my head :

bloc party... i still remember
jarvis...c*** are taking over the world
the view...wasted little djs
the shins...sleeping lessons
dj shadow...you made it
lcd soundsystem...all my friends
idlewild...you and i are both away
camera obscura...if looks could kill
belle and sebastian...dress up in you
arcade fire...keep the car running.

you could add just about anything off the mogwai album, mr beast, or the good the bad and the queen album to that list an all.

I think you will Mr Atweazle's idea was to have a 'The Ultimate Bunker Album 2007', ie it would be 'released' in 2007, not a compilation of 2007 songs. I'm sure all the songs you mentioned are very commendable, but I haven't heard any of them, unless my sons have been playing them, so I can't really comment on how good or bad they might be.

And why do we need 'to get out more', don't most people discover their new music on this interwebby thing in our own homes now?

dj shadow...you made it

Right. Ten songs released in the last ten minutes, Chip, where you been??

rolfl rolfl rolfl rolfl

It's no wonder that this country's in a fookin' state is it?? ONE rule. TEN songs that you'd like to see on a compilation album. How complicated is that?? We've had twenties, thirties, a forty and even a 12 (Jish) and all the inevitable arguments, and we think we're a cut above the unwashed masses??

Fook me.....

At last, someone picks the only Icicle Works song that I would have on a greatest list.
Those guitars are so industrial you can almost hear welders and fucking cranes in them; tremendous.
