I think the lads will go out with a rather perplexed attitude and given its a home fixture i think no one will be looking to put a foot wrong infront of an already tetchy crowd ! ill be there shouting and moaning ... its what i do unfortunately. But i think we may surprise a few and give them a half decent game. There is no way we can start that same 11. If we do then id be asking questions even more so of KP. He also in my opinion should of been crying at the door of Raj begging him to spend some cash on a decent loanee RB and one better a sodding CM with some legs and bite. See Woking have just signed former Colchester old guard and former irish international Alan Judge.

Rochdale again im going with a Draw...

lots of Guinness - fried breakys and aww its me Birthday so Pools have to win ! at least one match !

No !
My guess is that there are some who will be absolutely shitting it.
Bottlers.
If they score first god only knows how it will pan out.
The tennis ball/wall painting morons may be back in business.
KP has yet to make his first permanent signing.
He's had to rely on loans suggested by Monks from the limited dross available out there at the mo.
And my guess is also that other than Mani D, Grey, Waterfall, Parkes and Captain Fantastic he would probably not have even contemplated signing any of the others in the current squad.
He has had no choice but to do his best with other people's rubbish.
I wish him the best of luck tomorrow.

Cant see us bouncing back from such a hammering with an immediate victory. Might get a draw but another loss is more likely. 1-2 to Halifax. Rochdale away day. Probaly go a goal up, try to defend it and lose 3-1.

No excuses then for Augusts super team then.
Don't cry to much when your Captain Failure gets binned.

The Samaratins are available for you.

I've already said I think it'll be the same team apart from Cooke in for Oduroh.

They were piss poor on Tuesday but are capable of better - 8 of them played in the away win against Bromley that was one of our best results of the season (the ones who didn't are Jameson, Oduroh, Agyemang). If they're anywhere near as bad again tomorrow it's time for the life rafts and paddles.

Lets see a bit of bravery on the bench though. Duffus and Cooper are wastes of space - might as well have a look at Max Storey or Alfie Steel.

But in theory, if we get beaten 3-0 at home, technically that would be a dramatic improvement in form.
Happy days eh? bbolt

Pools 4 Halifax 2

A reaction and a brace from ManiD against his old club, though we will be made to sweat as usual . Gray and Agymang with other 2 goals

Dale 3 Pools 3

An end to end game of you score, we score- Waterfall, Dickenson and Featherstone on the score sheet

Only time I've seen us win at Dale was on my stag do in 2011 - James Poole scored a worldy- (we were in a hospitality box on the half way line with all the Poolies in the stand opposite and got absolutely clattered)- Did the Poznan celebration in the box, when Pools scored- much to the annoyance of the box next door! I remember we were the last to leave the ground at about half 7 that night as the beer was really cheap and decent - we decided to stay as long as we could before heading into Manchester.

Biiiiig dilemma……I’ve had an offer to spend the entire day in a topless place with a free bar today, but I’ve told the wife I’m not finishing the summer house roof by myself…end of :angry-tappingfoot:

lot depends if the players have a reaction in them and will not actually freeze on the pitch today. they,ll know the score where the fans are concerned. they,ll be backed to the hilt if they perform but will get the opposite if they do a 2nd half gateshead performance. history shows we have a good record at the vic against them like they have at the shay against us. if i was a fan of them i,d be happier playing us if we had drawn tuesday or got a lucky win.

Block R sounds like one of those places in 70’s spy thrillers on TV.
Mind, you are going to Rochdale, so they’re probably still watching that stuff on their Redifusion boxes there.

The best thing about Rochdale away, is the chippy opposite the away end.

I'm still gutted about losing there, the year we could have won the league - when both Monkhouse and Richie Barker got sent off- the ref was shocking and lost complete control of the game,

I still think it will be a draw tomorrow
