All cheeks of the same arse.

If voting made any difference they wouldn't allow it.

I think Tice is in with a shout due to Mortimers lack of visibility in Hartlepool, i think we will see a few appearances of Farage in Hartlepool in support of Tice. The Labour candidate albeit a Councillor is a bit of an unknown to the electorate and would struggle to be a voice in Parliament. I am not so sure there are many who will vote Labour because their Nanna and Grandad did.
Me, that’s my prerogative to keep it to myself.

Brash will win… Tice will split the vote just as they did in the 2019 election…. or Labour and Hill would have been toast then.

I think May too on the basis that as far as the snake is concerned; it’s shit but gonna get shittier.

I hope for Reform but expect Labour. I think this poll result looks about right, I can see a Tory wipeout equal the Corbyn’s level of defeat or even worse.

After the 2024 general election which I believe will be a Labour victory but not a landslide. A major realignment of the right will take place in British politiics. The Reform Party, the rump of the Conservative right wing and a few "names" not currently in parliament will try and form a new party. This may result in the Liberal Democrats and the middle of the road Conservatives trying to form a centrist party.

Sorry I've put my crystal ball away.

Fact is when the Tory MP’s got rid of Johnson, they shot themselves in both feet and the head for good measure.

That's around the same date here in London for the Mayor election.

Then they did it again when they got rid of Braverman.

The Party’s ‘young Turks’ revealing their power but also revealing their naivety.

I think you are right Snowy, the electorate need to read into what Reform are about, they are a far right wing party who favour the elitist.

I’m not right….they may be right wing but far right…behave.
The so called ‘elites’ today are not the elites of old, they all appear to have woke tendencies, not the image you’re imagining of toffs and bankers…although, even the bloody bankers are woe invlined nowadays.

Yes because they replaced him with Truss.

The membership replaced him with Truss but would have rather kept Boris….and when the MP’s realised it she had to go, but whoever got the job would have been stabbed in the back….so the MP’s got their way and didn’t that work out well …NOT!
They also managed to alienate their own members and are paying the price now for it.

Reform are not "far right", thats just a mainstream media hatchet job. The mainstream media are fully behind the existing status quo and are siht scared of a challenge from people who defy the liberal left narrative followed by the majority of the Parliamentary Tory party and the entire Labour party.

They have to get a majority in Parliament first which ain’t going to happen, how many parties have a manifesto and once in power renege on it ?

Of course they wont get into power but if they can ruffle feathers and send a message to the smug barstewards who hold the power that will be significant.

The best Reform U.K. can hope for is to come behind the Tories and Labour in the constituencies, if it was PR they would probably have a few MPs.

In the 2019 election, Labour polled 37.7% of the vote, but the Tories and Reform polled 54.7% between them….after Hill resigned, the by election was a Turkey shoot for the Tories.
