No news on his contract so does anyone know if he's still training?

Signed to the end of the season, on the OS, with Finley gone it freed a place up, also he is having a much deserved testimonial.

glad for both reasons no matter how others feel. on a bad day there will be someone worse on the pitch than him for sure.

nothing against the bloke but shows where we are that this is greeted the way it is--sensible decision under the circumstances---but what terrible circumstances we are in.

Excellent - now give him the captaincy back. His goal against Rochdale when Pools were 3-0 down and looking desperately poor sums up his attitude.

But he was shocking first half playing the holding role. If he's in the team he needs to be further up the pitch.
He reckons play offs are within reach so that'll wind a few up on here.

but he is always singled out when he is having a poor game and the team doing badly whilst others get away with it. those who do it must be expecting better from him then because they have seen it but refuse to admit it.

I doubt it will wind people up but a few might fall of their chairs laughing. The players can come back and tell us play offs are in reach, when they win a few games until then its providing comedy value.

could be a case of better saying nothing if thats all you have to offer. since when was the lastt signing us and other clubs have made who read from the hynm book by saying they are glad to be here, the other lads have made them welcome and its the fans who really was the deciding factor of them signing because they remember them from being an opposition player and cannot wait to get going.

What a joke of a club we have. No ambition, going nowhere. What is he going to do at 35. He seen 2 relegations with us and played in some of the worst teams we've had in recent years. Im not shouting his name from the stands.

Remember he was a free agent that no one else wanted! all the years I have watched him there is no doubt he has technical ability but he often goes missing in games that are physical and his ball retention is side ways and backwards, said a lot of years ago he should be passing the ball forwards more if he has runners but he stops and reverts back default position. I hope he proves me and others wrong

Calm down ladies, it was in the stars, stop struggling and relax, it’s easier on the blood pressure.

my biggest doubt about him is like so many players we have had since he arrived at the club is his inability to lift there game and others when things are going against the team. good when we are winning. invisible when we are struggling
