And Mad dogs and English men ..if i only i had a pound for everyone who has moaned about it this week. :roll: and that's the last time i watch a place in the sun for me.. :)

Get a tomato cut it in half and rub the juice into the affected area, a tip from a Spanish fella when I was on holiday.

Yes I've tried that and I got half cut on tomato juice instead of San Miguel

Never got prickly heat when wearing full PPE, on holiday yes after being in the sun with no shirt on.

Good point Mr J, now you mention it no I didn’t either. Odd that… even with a full face mask and bottle on my back it never happened.

long sleeved shirts help me when that big yellow light is on and avoid shorts if it gets to your legs. managed to get old of a NOS plastic sun visor that clips over the top of the one on the car so the sun does not bother me now whilst driving. by the look of the box it came in it looked a late 50,s early 60,s manufacture. it works so thats possibly why they do not make em anymore.
