And? He’s still under a contract and his new one won’t put anyone off with money behind to pay the fee which I assume is relatively small regardless of contract length at our level.

As much as I will be disappointed I honestly believe that Challoner will jump ship if he gets the offer of a move to the north west.

I’m only been realistic managers in lower leagues probably last a couple of seasons. If they are a success they move on if not they get the sack.

true, there is no half measures about. gareth ainsworth at wycombe and john coleman at accrington must be the only 2 that buck the trend. the fact is its quite rare the team improves after one gets the sack. usually its different shit following the old.
