Best wishes, Joe. Forever remembered for that bizarre season and unbelievable day in Bristol.

Wonder if we see Colin Woodthorpe at Pools? He was DC’s right hand man at AFC Fylde and currently assistant manager at our pre-season opponents Runcorn Linnets.

actually i thought he,d be following DC to pools when we appointed him. they started together at colwyn bay having success there before they moved on to fylde. however he did have off field problems with one family health problems straight after another. he always used to live in the chester area so i doubt he,d want to move or trail up to hartlepool on a regular basis. pity as i have both his and DC,s match worn shirts from the past.

It may be time for TS to move up to no2. I am not sure we even need a no3 so maybe this salary could be better utilised in the ongoing negotiations between DC & RS

agree with the first point therefore pools would be looking for a no.3. seems every club at our level have this now and i cannot see pools bucking the trend.
