Pools have put the video on filmed by Micky Barron of the build to the game that we have all seem quite a few times but this time it has footage from the team bus on the way home.

It makes you realise why that was such a good side, obviously it featured plenty of good footballers but they were a great set of lads. In my days before responsibilities back then on a Saturday night you would regularly see most of the team out round the town, they were like a group of mates more than work colleagues, they also had a real connection to the Town and fans even (actually more so!) lads like Dimi and Joel. Porter says in the video he’s off back to Australia to see his family but you can see that he’s genuinely gutted when he he’s missing the trip to Magaluf!! The only sad thing apart from the result and the manner of it that day is when you see Martin Scott and hear him speak. It really should have been Neale Cooper leading us out in Cardiff.
