the comedy gossip websites (TEAMtalk, The Boot Room etc) are now in a lather over Josh Hawkes, who is at least in the Pools first team.

Alleged interest from Newcastle, Burnley, Huddersfield, Middlesbrough, Sheffield United and Hull to name just a few.

I'm not going again till Raj Singh has turned down at least one million pound offer for Hawkes.

If a player can force his way into a Pools team that is dominating the league in such a commanding manner it is no surprise that Championship sides are interested. I think he'll end up at Bayern Munich after a bidding war with Dortmund, if Hull are keen it can't be long before the German giants follow.

Or at least end up with a tv commercial for hair products, the impeccable follically enhanced young man who has perfected the mistimed header to prevent his barnet from being ruffled and has a fluffer on hand at halftime to coiffure his quiff and virtually ensures head & shoulders come a calling :hand:

A fluffer at half time? No wonder he tires quickly in the second 45 minutes.

The no 6 who played alongside Murphy, Brook Miller, pace, reads the game well and strong, he should be in the first team on that showing, left back Harrison Webster isn`t shabby either.
