Shame how the clubs culture has made someone actually taking responsibility 'arrogant'.

Money certainly comes over as arrogant, listening to him makes me wonder why he took the job in the first place

Forgot to add, Luton are where they are today because of what he started.
So much for all the people that have grafted since he left there.

And he,s not taking responsibility he,s keeping himself employed.

Yeah, the next manager needs to be meek and humble. Employing managers with a record of achievement clearly doesn't work.

Does not have to be neither meek nor humble, Just level headed and sensible and of course respectful of the fans and players in that order.

Doesn't wave his arms about enough for me to be honest.

Cloughie was very arrogant/confident, difference was, his players understood what he wanted and gave him what he demanded.
If you’re dealing with reluctance/petulance in your playing staff. you’re wasting your time.

We should never underestimate the influence of Peter Taylor.

Remember Clough going round the Owton Manor club for Pennies
Thats how arrogant he was, I would say Brave.
