How embarrassing. Drinking Carling I mean, not supporting Aldershot, though there can't be much in it, both are shite.

I reckon the kids who had them stickers made are probably about 12 years old, you can tell by the use of Carling.

Think Carling Black Label is only 4% which i not enough boot power.

A good travelling fan needs something around 5% as a sharpener so the "old wife beater" probably fits the bill.

Apparently Aldershot's reputation is getting dragged through the mud this season by a small minority of unruly fans, obviously this is them in action. Looks like they're good on computers and have access to a decent coloured printer.

Massive missed opportunity this - surely they should have bottles of Jaegermeister or something, and 'Football is nothing without Shots'?

Didn't they lower the strength of Stella , for that reason? a very dangerous drink, the modern day equivalent of Tennents Super or LCL

Shame the 1977 recipe Crown Ale is not around it was brewed at 10/46 original gravity which "should" equate to around 5% ABV in new money but apparently it kept on fermenting so when you got a pint out of a pump god knows what the ABV was............hence the carnage!!!!

Still think its still well up there but varies as to strength depending on if its can/bottle or draft.
I knew quite a few women who liked to drink Feds LCL.........................

It’s my favourite Stella, dangerous!?

It was nothing to do with the old wife beater tag! Taxes were increased on what were considered ‘Premium Lagers’ ie. 5% or over, so by lowering Stella, Becks and Budweiser to 4.8% it saved InBev a fortune.

It’s still 5% here and everywhere else in the World. To be honest most of the Lagers that you see in most decent bars these days like Peroni and Morretti are stronger than Stella it probably only had that tag because it was the only premium lager widely available on draught looking back.

I see what you did there, clever. The kids who produced the stickers on the other hand!
