I am currently doing an MA in Public Relations at Sunderland University. As part of my practical project, I have to create an awareness/reputation creating campaign for a client. I have decided to focus my project on Hartlepool United.

But can i ask Mr Grad why is the upper age category 46+ ?
The life experiences/use of media of some one born in 1972 (46yo) and someone born in 1958 (60yo) or 1948 (70yo) are completely different and given a great number of poolies attending matches are over 46 i think statistically this should have been broken down further given the objective of your MA project.
Some people attending Pools matches are in their 90s have no connection to the internet and receive information only from the written press/TV and word of mouth whereas 46 yo are generally are dripping with devices of all kind linked to all the social media platforms.Many in their 60s/70S are very media savvy.

Also the matchday spend isnt clear. Is it in the ground, does it include entry (inc season ticket) or is it in total inc travel plus drinks/food outside of ground.

Worth clarifying and perhaps relaunching unless you have already had a large number of replies.
