I get asked every week to agree to the new terms and conditions etc do any of you have this problem sctatchinghead
It was never like this in years gone by so why now and why every week sctatchinghead

I use a VPN so they are collecting data from a server in Germany.

Virtual Private Network. Anonymously routes your traffic through a server so the destination can't see who you are.

https://www.ipvanish.com/ is the one I use, you can also use it on your phone as well.
