I think the bloke mimed - and the reception wasn't the best from what I remember although I was also pissed at the time.

Also Jason Donovan sang in The Wesley as well, someone launched a drink at him. There must have been some half decent acts at the Seaton Carew Radio One Road Show back in the day. it was before my time mind and I wasn't allowed to nick off school to go - I remember in the early 90's literally about 3-4 people in each class when it was on.

Me dad talked about seeing loads at the Rink in the 60s. Animals and Kinks I think were among them.

We had a 3 piece girl group play at Tunny around 1999. I seem to remember the teachers making out they were famous or something but cant remember name.

Was something like 'Personnelle' or summit.

Vaguely remember seeing Jeff Beck after sneaking in the rink as I was underage, I think someone was electrocuted by a live mike or something. Also saw the Troggs and the Tremeloes in the manor club by then I could legally have a drink.

Also Funeral for a Friend in the studio.

I think Lost Prophets played the Studio too back in the day but the less said about them these days the better.
