Gc shares

How can he expect anyone to pay 600k for his shares? I have written to the club for his attention to find out a) how he values his shares and b) to find out what he plans to do going forward? I have also offered him 2p a share again I think that's over valued. I can't see the club struggle anymore

First and foremost I'd want 100% stake overall then give the trust 49% so the real fans have a say on everything at the club, fans on the board fans working to drive the club forward.

Far from fishing pal, I am sick to the back teeth of people running this great club into the ground, the fans should run the club. No debts when jpeg took over now the club is riddled with debt, Wonga style loans. Do you really think Pam wants to be at the club? She just wants her dough back and she will be away. All coxall owns is a name really as the club don't own a great deal

JPNG owns something in the region of 6.9 million shares out of 7,002,270

At 2p a share that comes to 138,000 poonds

He's looking for more like 63p a share in his valuation if the above are true! Add to that whatever he's already taken out in salary and other expenses etc. Crazy, just crazy!

Goldberg, the other 50% shareholder in JPNG, is at least co-responsible for this scam.

I suspect (but have no evidence) that Goldberg cooked the whole scheme up and used (a very willing) Coxall as the glib front/con-man capable of carrying it off.

Pools need to fumigate this pestilence out of the woodwork or we're never going to recover. To pay off Coxhall, while leaving his company in charge would be the height of stupidity.

Don't cry to me when this mob get another relegation and strip as many assets as they can. The board we would of brought in would of had plenty of experience in running day to day operations. The fans would also have a minimum of 2 members on the board. The youth set up would of had a major investment so we can breed our own players and eventually a training ground of our own. The first team needs a major overhaul and players would of been brought in along with a competent manager and not a cheap option like Bates
