Looking to sell the house.
Not sure if to go with a local agent such as Dowen, Robinsons etc
or go with a cheaper online agent like Purplebricks.

Any opinions, experiences etc?

Every house realistically sells via the internet ie RightMove, agents contribution is now minimal.
I would compare rates charged and base it on that.
