Sad to see the death of Terry he was the star lad of the Hartlepool Schools side in the early 50s which reached the latter stages of the English Schools Trouphy beating Stoke and Manchester boys at The Vic in front of 6-8000 crowds. He did go onto play for Pools and was one of the founder members of the Sunday League with Woodcutter.

He'd be fuming too see the state Sunday leagues in at the moment
